This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the Pick A Penalty printable sports watch party game (the “Product”) made through www.pickapenalty.com (the “Website”).

 

Pick A Penalty is operated by AmpliFire Productions, LLC, doing business as Pick A Penalty (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

 

Digital Product – All Sales Final

 

Due to the digital delivery of the Product, all sales are final.

 

Once the printable game file has been delivered via download and/or email, it cannot be returned.

 

Limited Exceptions

We may issue a refund in the following limited circumstances:

- Duplicate purchases made using the same email address

- Corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible file delivery

 

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and must include:

- Purchaser name

- Order number

- Description of the issue

- Screenshot of the error (if applicable)

 

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

 

Chargebacks

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to:

- Revoke your license to use the Product

- Deny future purchases

- Provide transaction records to the payment processor
